Interview
The interview process was transparent and clear, providing me with a detailed understanding of every step involved, allowing me to prepare. The meetings within the process were conducted in a efficient and concise manner, with each step taking only the necessary amount of time. The process comprised four steps, including an initial interview with HR, a technical task, a technical interview, and a conversation with the Hiring Manager. From start to finish, the process took approximately four weeks.

Interview
Very good overall experience. The recruiter was technical, so was ready to answer any questions. The whole process was rather quick and precise. The whole interview consists of: 1. Screening (with few technical questions). 2. Task (few days to post a solution) 3. Technical interview (more in-depth questions, also about solution). 4. Meeting with manager. After every stage you get a proper feedback.
The process consisted of: 1. Initial meeting with an HR representative - very pleasant, responsive and willing to answer candidates questions. 2. Home assignment - not too difficult, but complex enough to be able to show your abilities. I liked it. 3. Technical meeting with person checking your assignment - very pleasant conversation, with detailed feedback and some more technical questions (but don't worry, if you know what you're doing you will probably enjoy talking about it). 4. Meeting with future leader - no technical questions, more like a friendly conversation to get to know each other, to understand what's there for you and to get an overall feel for the team/company.
