Interview was taken by cooper lighting for Signify. So, 1st instance it gave me a feel that I will working for Signify but through Cooper lighting as a service. The interviewer was more interested in my Emerson separation. I explained that in Emerson, it is hybrid service based company and work culture is below standard. Panel response that it is normal in OEM company. After this, I too lost interest in Signify offer through Cooper lighting because same issue I am facing in EICP as a hybrid service based company.
