Ridiculous process for an entry level role.
1. Predictive index
2. Screening with recruiter
3. Wonderlic test
4. In person with hiring manager and HR director
5. DISC assessment
6. Another in person with two more directors
Yeah… pretty wild for a role that pays 55k.

How do you deal with change?
It was clear that this guy had never interviewed anyone before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signature Homes (Alabama) (Birmingham, AL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Two stage interview. Met with COO first and completed DISC profile. Second interview was with Production Manager. Casual and friendly. Hiring process from application to offer was roughly 2 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Signature Homes (Alabama) (Birmingham, AL) in Jun 2014
Interview
The overall interview went well. I was referred the position through a friend. Met with HR, my manager-to-be, took a tour of the office and ran into one of the owners of the company...and then basically had a special part 2 of the interview that was with him too. They also gave me an assignment to complete as part of my interview process.
