After an initial interview with the hiring manager, I was told to expect a next round with another leader — then radio silence for months. Despite following up multiple times, I never received a response until a form rejection email arrived nearly four months later saying the role was closed. For an agency that positions itself around relationships and reputation, this level of disregard for the candidate experience was surprising and unprofessional.
