3 interviews, first with the Director of Human Resources, another developer, followed by other two interviews with the CEO and the Team Leader. A salary offer was orally made to me by the CEO, and he instructed me to expect it by e-mail the next day. When I contacted them after 4 days to find out if there is something I can expect, they sent me a degraded offer, that is, a lower offer than they had provided orally. I replied politely to their e-mail asking for explanation and after many hours, CEO called me to say his offer is only for 3 months, so he could see whether it is worthwhile for longer. In addition, he acted very much in accordance with BIAS. Despite being told that they would send me an upgraded offer immediately after phone call, nothing ever happened. From the beginning, he has been acting dishonestly and inconsistently. I would't recommend anyone applying for a job at this company. Definitely no!
