Interview
The process consisted of five rounds, including a presentation where I had the opportunity to demonstrate my understanding of the business. I also appreciated the chance to speak with potential future colleagues. It gave me valuable insight into the team dynamics and company culture. Overall, the experience was thorough but very approachable, and everyone made me feel at ease throughout.

Question 1
The interview process was quite standard and structured. I was asked to walk through my previous experience, particularly how it relates to the Customer Success Manager role. They asked about the most important KPIs I focus on in my current role and how I measure success. In addition to the discussion, I was also asked to present a case study to demonstrate my understanding of their business and how I would approach common challenges in the role.
Everyone I interacted with during the interview process was genuinely kind and welcoming. From start to finish, the atmosphere was relaxed and professional, which really put me at ease. It made the whole experience feel more like a conversation than a high-pressure interview.

Interview
I had an initial call with someone at Sightcall, which I thought went very well and was a highly engaging conversation. My second interview was a video call with a different contact and went fairly well despite some technical issues. I was told specifically on the call and over email that I would hear about next steps by the end of the week, but was never contacted again. I even emailed the next week to check on the status and received no reply.
