This company is a JOKE. A woman named Janice, apparently 'Talent Partner' contacted me to schedule an intro call about the CSM role (that I applied to 2 MONTHS AGO). Fast forward 24h later, she sent an email saying the role has been filled? Is this some kind of prank or do these companies no longer have any common sense?
easy, nothing major, usual interview questions, second interview was a 2-hour process, I spoke with the hiring manager, a team employee, the team manager. everyone was very nice and cordial.
Fair process - presentation followed by onsite. I was well prepped by the recruiter around what to expect and what to prepare for. Much of the deck was designed for me and there was a reasonable amount of work asked in advance.
