Phone screen with recruitment company. In person (3.5 hour) interview with people from across the team. One hour spent discussing personal questions, one hour testing coding abilities, one hour spent simulating starting a project (specifications, compromising features to meet dates, etc), and finally a half hour interview with the CEO Sean. After that they asked for a code sample or take home project. After sending code samples, I got an informal offer and I went through Quicken Loans for the on boarding. The background check took around a week and a half, then I got a formal offer.
