Easy process and scheduling was easy. They didn’t speak to the role or give salary info upfront. Basic run of the mill HR statements which I didn’t vibe with so I withdrew my application after the call. Not a big deal, just not a fit for me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siete Family Foods (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
I met with the HR rep who told me the interview process would be 6 rounds, 1 of which included an assessment. Could not disclose anything super specific to the role - that would be handled by the next round with the specific team. I went in expecting to talk a lot about my relevant experience and hear about their relevant needs but in the end I think it was mostly a corporate vibe check? They also mentioned 300 people had applied and it was a very competitive role. I see they have since reposted the job, I imagine they are flooded with applications but it seems have not found their unicorn.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Siete Family Foods (Austin, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
I was initially excited about the brand and culture, but the interview process revealed a different reality. The team came across as standoffish, overworked, and not aligned with the culture they promote. The process itself was excessive—eight interviews, a project, and multiple leadership panels—with no meaningful feedback provided. After four weeks of commitment, I received a vague rejection with no clarity. While disappointing, I’m ultimately grateful not to join an environment that felt toxic from the start.
