I had two interviews, each lasted for about 20 mins. I was the only person on camera via MS Teams, no one else was. Several people in the interview simply listened, never spoke. It was a strange experience but extremely easy.
The process felt rushed as if they had to meet a minimum quota of interviews before they could place someone for the job. Phone screen, video interview, and onsite panel where 5+ people grill you with mostly technical questions,
