Simple and standard non technical questions, mostly trying to scope out if you are a tolerable person to work with rather than hammering you with technical questions. Asking how you handle situations and what makes you a critical thinker/leader

Had a recruiter phone screen and a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The call with the recruiter was very straightforward and a good experience, typical asking about your experience type questions. Hiring manager interview was not a great experience. They asked me specific questions about my experience and didn't seem like they were at all interested in talking to me. Almost like they already knew they weren't going to continue the interview process with me.
