They have a good interview process. Giving feedback just takes some time. The hiring manager overall evaluates the application. After one interview, they will contact you again after a week.

Mainly telling about oneself outside of the information written on your CV. And some problems that you need to solve through analytical thinking.
Overall Easier, asks about the motivation to apply and why and thats it only 1 interview and quite easy. Better to be prepare about answering questions about wind energy and renewable energy
Es war ein angenehmes Gespräch, es fand auf Augenhöhe statt und es wurde auf Rückfrage auch viel über das Unternehmen erzählt bzw. die Fragen wurden gut beantwortet. Kurzfristige Terminabstimmung auch gar kein Problem.

Just a Power BI and Excel exercises. Just do it well and get hired. Care about excel function and power bi basic visual ,e.g. VLookup, power query and other task. Good luck to you guys
