Multiple levels of interviews, starting with recruiting call, then department interview either in person or remote video call, possible management interview depending on position applied for or department doing the interview.
1. Talked to recruiter then passed to hiring manager
2. Interviewed with hiring manager, Said I aligned with what they are looking for
GHOSTED!!! reason why?? they are hiring people they know and have worked with before because the entire team area all from the same firm and worked with each other before. So, they hired each other and interviewing other is just for show
UPDATED: Found out who they hired and I was correct they hired someone they used to work with or know. Whats the point of posting the job then and making people go through interviews
