A phone interview was then followed by an in person interview. It was a somewhat lengthy interview, but there were many standard questions about previous experience with customer service. There were lots of questions about how to handle difficult situations.
It was great, we talked about what the job was like. They were very accommodating to my work schedule. We talked about what to expect and how the pay would look like as I would be using my own car.
