1.Was lined up by consultant at Indore 2. Interviewed by CEO 3. Interactive session 4. Lasted 3 hrs 5. Document submission 6. Offered 7. I did not accept 8. Pursued by management and consultant 9. Special arrangement of 5 day interaction with Sr. Managament team with no bonding on joining. I could still say no. 10. I took leave and went to Hyd on all expense paid trip 11. After a lot of deliberation decided to join due to culture and loyal base of employees 12. Worked for over 8 years Amazing experience..would be difficult to write all what happened.
