Shriram City Union Finance interview questions

The interview process consisted of three stages conducted over two days. Round 1 – Online Test: The first round was an online assessment that included multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering aptitude and basic technical concepts. It also had one basic programming question to test problem-solving skills. Round 2 – Technical Interview: The technical interview was conducted the next day. The discussion was mainly focused on the projects mentioned in my resume. The interviewer asked questions related to my project implementation, technologies used, and my role in the project. Additionally, I was asked two SQL queries and one basic coding question to assess my technical knowledge. Round 3 – HR Interview: The HR round was conducted on the same day as the technical interview. The questions were related to my family background, career goals, and situational scenarios based on organizational culture and work environment.
