Shrimp Basket interview questions

It was a Virtual interview but was still personal, I enjoyed the interviewers and they were very interested in my answers. I felt comfortable speaking with them and would have enjoyed working there.

Job posting states this is an hourly M-F 8a-5p with occasional after hours service call for emergency issues. However during the interview it was expressed The need to be on-call on the time. Too, the job is non-supervisory but the IT Manager would need to supervise over all contractors. Several interviews over 2 month period. FaceTime interview with HR manager. Over month later, face-to-face interview with HR manager again, followed by Controller, then COO and finally CFO. We told the final decision will be based on the recommendation of a POS independent contractor.
