Interview
Smooth and straightforward. Went through 2 rounds of interview. Mainly behavioral questions like why Shopee and what made you apply for this role. There were a few technical questions to follow up.
3 step on the hiring process
1. Math and computer (excel etc) test
2. HR interview - the next day
3. User interview - can range up to 1 week after
Just like usual interview, then HR will give info if accepted or not
Quick phone call with recruiter and then an interview with a hiring manager. The whole experience was quick and fun interview experience. Recruiter will do a background check with referrals.
