The interview had an assessment and then followed by two interviews. All three of them are technical, and involve data structure and algorithm. So the selection process is challenging and there is a lot of work needed to prepare for the interviews.
The interview started with going through the resume: general questions about past experiences and project details. Then followed by questions related to the job scope, lastly two technical questions. Not exactly leetcode style but kind of similar.

Interview
The interview process had 2 full interviews and 2 calls with HR. Process was really fast from start to finish and HR is very responsive. 1st Interview is a Technical interview with a SWE while 2nd interview is a resume deep dive with Dept Head. Might have to speak in Chinese as 2nd interview as Tech department Head is usually located in China.
There are 2 interview rounds for me, the technical part (coding) was around 3 easy-medium Leetcode questions, and the second round was more of a medium-hard level LeetCode questions, and some basic personality-type questions after completing the technical questions.
