I got a call from HR and we did arrange the date for interview next week for that time. I got interviewed with 2 groups of people for just a day. The first group was a lead key account manger. They just asked about my study and my experiences since I was just graduated that time. and then for the next group was head of Key account manager. And they just asked the same queries as in the first group. And the next day I got hired!

Interview
Interviewed twice for the KAM position in PH, first with the HR second with the line manager. It's been 9 weeks and no feedback at all ever since, and I've been sending 5 follow up emails also. At least let the candidate know if they got rejected thru an email, even if it's auto generated. Very bad experience, really unprofessional.
HR as initial interviewer then once accepted, got interviewed by the hiring manager. Process took a week since I already told the HR that I have an offer from another company. Interview was quick but they'd ask about your soft and hard skills.
