Shopee Algorithm Engineer Intern interview questions

There was 1 virtual interview. Rejection email received 1 week later. The interviewer was late by 10 minutes and had to write to the recruiter to remind the interviewer of the interview, Their virtual interview platform was faulty during technical live coding session.

2 rounds: 1) Leetcode/hackerung, 2 questions, 2 hours. First question was easy-medium difficulty. Second question was about finding the minimum cost for flights, given 4 different packages. 2nd question is the constant one, given that I did the same question 2 years ago as well. 2) Fit interview with team senior, 1 hour. Discussed about past projects and experiences. Tested on technical knowledge as well, such as model architecture and some statistics related questions, such as hypothesis testing.
