I applied online, I was called the next day for an interview. I met with one of the managers. Then the next day I got called for a second interview. This one was with the GM and the questions were similar. I met with the crew members and was offered a position.

Interview
The first interview was great! For the first interview it was only one person person interviewing me, he was trying to see in what areas I'm strong in and what are some of my weaknesses. The second interview was a group interview where they were figuring out my characteristics and wanted to see if they met up to Chipotle's 13 characteristics. As I was leaving the interview the general manager pulled another person that was interviewed and I back into the restaurant and told us both that we got the job!
