Interview
The process itself was pretty easy and simple. Just answer their questions about communication and retail. Also about how you're a positive person. The interview wasn't in the store though which was a bit strange.
It was a super quick interview where they ask you about your goals, why you want to work at the store, and to describe how you would react in different scenario.
