The recruiter ghosted me for 2 weeks after a very basic screen call (which he was 10 min late to), so I notified him that I’m withdrawing my candidacy. Instead of being professional, he didn’t respond at all, and the only message I received from Shipt was an automated email days later saying that *they* rejected me. Hilarious.

Three rounds - recruiter, screening and final round (virtual on-site). Overall process was straightforward, timely and managed well. Recruiter was ensuring he provided updates as and when needed. Followed through with a call on reasons for rejection, which is always appreciated as a candidate.
