It was a 3 - 5 round interview process. I met the teams, management, and senior leaders, and presented a case study. I liked how the case study didn't have rigid perimeters so I was able to flex my creative muscles. The questions were challenging, and everyone I met had >5 years at the company which was a huge green flag.
