Easygoing, smooth, and not too strenuous. The folks are quite kind, understanding, and easy to correspond with and chat to. Technical questions vary by specialization but do a good job to tease out efficacy.

One preliminary interview with hiring manager, one with team lead, then data case analysis focused on highlighting issues, followed with two final interviews with C-suite. Overall pretty straightforward but somewhat exhaustive for entry level role.
