The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in Sep 2010
Interview
Applied online after going to job fair in beginning of June 2010. Was contacted by recruiting manager to set up phone interview for a week later. Recruiter had to reschedule phone interview on the day of the phone interview. After phone interview was complete, was told recruiter would email the process for the next step. Waited three days and had to call her back to get the information. Went on three store visits and contacted recruiter for the next step. Was told she would pass my info on to two different managers to proceed to the next step mid-July. Never was contacted after this point and no response from the recruiter occured after numerous attempts to ask what was going on.

Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
