I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Pompano Beach, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
1st I met with the district manager, then I drove to the potential store and met with the store manager to hear about a typical day and lift a 5.gal bucket of paint. Next, I had to go to labcorp and take a drug test and also schedule a physical. After they get the results; then, you get the job offer. It sounds like a lot of steps but it was pretty seamless.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
