I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Fairfax, VA) in Nov 2012
Interview
3 parts- phone interview, store managers meeting and District manager meeting. Each one is a week between each other. Look anywhere from 1-2 months before knowing if you got the job. The phone Interview was almost all hypothetical question. The store meeting was where the managers take you through a day in the life of the Managers. After that you have to tell the hiring manager you would like to move forward. Then you have the district managers meeting. That is basically all personality, if you are liked then you are hired (if he/she thinks you can get the job done).

Question 1
Almost every question is a how would you handle this? or what are your experiences here.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
