I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2012
Interview
Met a recruiter at a career fair on campus and later had a phone interview with the same recruiter. Phone interview took about 30 minutes. I was asked a lot of situational questions we also wen over my previous job experience. The recruiter then told me that I should go to a local Sherwin Williams and do a store visit with the manager. After I did the store visit the recruiter set me up with an interview with the district manager. About 2 weeks later they emailed me and told me that there were currently no openings.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
