HR phone call, asked simple questions, Tell me about yourself, why this postion. Lots of situational questions jsut wanted to get to know you more and see if its the right fit.

Phone Interview prior to in-person interview. We spoke about the role and why I'm interested. Interviewer was very easy to talk to. Questions were more about getting to know me and my previous experience.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Awesome, it went really smooth, they already know what they’re looking for and can tell you right away if you are a good match or not. It is a very fast process and they do not take to much time to set up an interview

Two round of interviews, very nice staff. Screen call and in personal interview at site. Very random question mainly about school work and interpersonal skills no pressure test, took some time to process the progress though.

Q&A was simple, make sure to have examples of customer services and issues that you've handled in the past. Give multiple examples of issues with guests, events and staffing. Make sure to smile and make eye contact as you will be doing customer service

None…explained job to me, was asked if i could work next day. That should’ve been a red flag right there. Horrible communication between management and employees. I see why they can’t keep people.
