It was 3 behavioral interviews with 3 individual employees, which lasted an hour each. The questions were very straight forward and asked me to describe different experiences that I have had in the past.

Describe a time when you had to prioritize a project
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shelter Insurance in Dec 2023
Interview
Applied in November, but didn't have a screening interview/final interview until December. The final interview was with 3 different interviewers all asking similar questions regarding how you will deal with certain situations.
Unfortunately, the whole process was drawn out and it already felt like they had a person in mind before even coming into the office to interview. The interview itself felt repetitive and tiring with a bunch of questions read off a script, The whole process from applying to hearing they were hiring someone else took three months.
