Sheffield Executive interview questions

2 rounds of interviews and then 2 hours of assessments (mostly English tests). Interviews were pretty in depth. They seem to take recruitment seriously. Emphasis is on training and development for new recruiters.

Phone Screen: 30 mins English Assessment: 30 mins Role Play: 30 mins F2F Interview with Director: 2 hours (Cold Call during the interview) F2F Interview with CEO: 30 mins I thought it was quite lengthy given it's only for a company size of about 10 people.
