Interview
The interview was very through. Every question that you were asked on the pre-screen test on-line was asked again. I was interviewed by both a regional mananger and assistant in training. Both were very nice. I applied on friday and got a call sunday for an interview thursday.

Some of the questio had nothing to do with the job.
Slow comming. Took forever to call, made me really question if they were really wanting to hire someone or just wanted their people to be understaffed. Took 6 months before they even called to schedule the interview.
It was really simple and easy. Sat down with the manager and was mainly was asked questions about myself and my background. There was maybe 1 situational question that she asked.
I have over 10 years customer service experience and I got passed over other candidates who had less experience than me. They care little about your experience. Terrible company to interview with.
