A detailed set of questions with a drill down of questions after, a relaxed follow up from where my interviewer had been throughout his career with Sheetz, along with some of the background of the company perks, benefits, retirement, and recognition for the effort put forth from the corporation. a good amount of time spent with the culture Sheetz provides.

Interview
The interview was friendly and straightforward. Questions were asked about my background and how I would respond to various situations. The importance of the roll is to maintain a positive attitude and strive.
Met with an assistant manager who thought I was there for a salesperson interview. Once it was established that I was there for a shift supervisor position I was set up with a follow-up interview with the store manager. Overall the interview was relaxed but had the typical questions.

One short phone interview, a long phone call, followed by an in person interview in the very small office. I was told my asking rate was absurd and I was up against very overqualified candidates
