Interview
1- sent my cv online (shearwater careers website)
2- received an invitation for a video interview
3- face to face interview at their office in Tunbridge Wells
The video interview lasted about 20min and they asked questions to see what I knew about their company and after that, they asked me to explain a general processing flow and finally a few technical questions about concepts I said in my explanation (eg multiples, ghosts).
The final interview was with three of their managers and it lasted approximately 1h30min. They basically ask technical questions about lots of concepts involved in seismic processing, to identify events in the f-k domain for example. After that, about 20min talking about your motivations, desires for your future and things like that.
