Interview
It was a lengthy process. They were very welcoming and willing to listen to all questions I had. The questions in the interview can be tricky at times and easy at times. Be sure to prepare prior to going into the interview. Overall the process can be very enjoyable and a great learning experience.
One phone interview, 2 zoom interviews, then flew out to Dalton, GA to do a full day of interviews with about 5 different people in different levels within the company

Behavioral Questions such as tell me about a time when you worked with others and one person wasn't pulling weight?
Invited to company headquarters to meet with management team of different divisions and tour their training center. The interview stated in the morning and ended at lunch. A recruiter for Shaw and a member of the training team took me to lunch to discuss next steps and answer questions.

Interview
1. Phone interview with recruiter to see if you are a good fit. Discuss resume.
2. Video chat with recruiter, manager, or training manager from HQ
3. Meet with the reporting manager. I completed it over video, however majority of employees fly to HQ or meet with the Regional Manager in the field
