Interview process was 30 minute call with the recruiter, followed by two one-hour panel interviews. Shaw lets you know how to prepare for each step in the process, so there is no reason not to be ready for each step. The competencies covered in the panel interview were in the job description.
Shaw uses the STAR method, so all questions should be answered in that format and examples should be specific as possible.
Communication from the recruiter and team were excellent. I was disappointed that I wasn't selected, but I wish all companies were as professional in their processes as Shaw.
