Contacted shortly after my online application, i got a first informal call with an HR manager. An interview was arranged very quickly with the line manager, which was not the usual process apparently. The interview was at 09am, the day before after 10pm i received an email saying that i should be prepared to discuss the 5 company values, with a documentation of about 20 pages. I saw the email only in the morning and had no time to prepare. Although not legally allowed, I was asked twice if I had kids. Following to that, one more interview was planned for the same week. 12 hours before, another one was added in the same afternoon. 30 minutes before the first interview, both were cancelled, with no explanation, and in spite of several emails from me, I never heard anything from the company ever after. Ghosting after 2 interviews is not very appealing to me anyway so it's a blessing in the end.

It took nearly a month to get to the first recruiter interview. over 2 months to get rejected by a system generated message after making through 4 rounds of interviews. They only set interviews up for 30 mins which is not enough time to determine whether a candidate qualifies or not.

Question 1
The interviews with the interviewers who were not the hiring manager felt scripted "tell me about a time" ... they also seemed rushed and dismissive.

Interview
Interview process was very informal. 4 interviews in total which were conducted over teams and not in person. No presentations or prep required. The process took 2.5 months. Communication was poor and feedback was very limited.
