I applied online. I interviewed at Sharesquare (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Three interview process:
1. phone
2. email
3. in person
The individual who contacted me wanted me to provide what amounted to a full marketing plan prior to being hired. This is a shady practice. In addition, they wanted all of this and only planned to offer a salary of 40,000 per year for a Director level position.

Question 1
What can you bring to Sharesquare? Unlike other positions, where workers are told what to do, marketing requires you to come up with and create ideas, communicate and negotiate with other parties if necessary, etc. So, what can you bring to Sharesquare? What ideas do you currently have, if any, to help take Sharesquare to the next level? What about the Sharesquare app would you change or do differently?
