First I was contacted by an HR rep for a 30 minute phone interview. Pretty basic, general information. From there had a phone interview with one of the coaches. This phone interview was more suited towards the job, but still pretty basic. The first two interviews are mostly to make sure you're able to effectively communicate over the phone. Then went into the office for a ~2 hour interview, which consisted of 4 groups of 2 coaches/managers for 30 minutes each. These interviews were more in depth concerning the job. The interviews themselves were relatively easy - give any sort of indication that you have some knowledge of trading/analysis or finance knowledge and you will get the job. Finally, had an hour phone interview with the head of ShareBuilder customer service discussing potential employment and future career goals.
