Quick initial interview with a freelance employee. This person didn’t really have answers to a lot of questions I asked. Seemed like the employees work hard and long hours. Didn’t get any insight into salary either.

Very helpful. Talk to a couple different employees as well as the principal. gave good idea of what type of employees work at the company. Diversity interviewers give a good idea of different personalities and what the job would be like.
