I was referred by an internal employee, which helped speed up the initial screening. The process was fairly streamlined with three rounds of interviews:
First Round – COO: This was a leadership-focused discussion. The COO asked about my career background, motivation for applying, and my understanding of the company’s vision and strategy. The questions were more high-level, aimed at assessing alignment with company values and long-term goals.
Second Round – Senior Manager: This round was more role-specific. The manager explored my past experience in detail, asked situational and competency-based questions, and tested how I approach problem-solving, team collaboration, and managing challenges in a professional setting.
Final Round – Executive: The last round focused on decision-making, stakeholder communication, and overall fit for the role. It was also an opportunity for me to ask questions about company culture, growth opportunities, and leadership style.
Overall, the process was professional, well-structured, and conversational. Each round had a different focus, and the interviewers were approachable, which made the experience smooth and engaging.
