Shad Valley Program Assistant interview questions

I interviewed for two different campuses, and both interviews were very straightforward. They generally consist of you meeting with the campus Program Director and other senior staff members. Most questions revolved around personal experiences and how you would handle certain situations which could arise during the program. They really just want to see if you are a decent person who is capable of thinking on their feet.
