I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Seventy Seven Energy (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied for the Contract Recruiter position after seeing it posted on a job board. About a week later I got a phone call from someone in HR and we played phone tag for several days. Finally I was able to speak with the HR person and an interview was scheduled for two days later. The interview was conducted by the person I spoke with and the HR Manager. Both seemed very nice and conducted themselves professionally and asked appropriate questions. After the interview was complete, it took several days to get a reply back that they had already filled the position, but I was glad to hear something back from them rather than being left wondering about it. Overall the interview itself was as expected, without any unusual or off the wall questions.
