The process was very quick and well communicated. There were several rounds (altogether five), with the offer at the last round. I think this is pretty standard for tech, though it is a lot.
At one point, the recruiter had scheduled an interview, but didn't let me know. That was a bit frustrating, only because I think the hiring manager didn't know how to handle it and seemed very pressed for time. In the end, it was resolved and everyone apologized and i was able to interview the following day.
