Very well organized and friendly process. You are assigned a buddy who helps you navigate the hiring process. You are given sufficiant information ahead of time to be well prepared. The questions are fair. I felt that the whole process was enjoyable and very inclusive.

Questions about the technoclogy, the main pitfalls of implementation programs, customization versus configuration, servicenow value versus to competition, etc
The process was long but thorough. I had a screening call, a call with the hiring manager, a panel with a case study and another interview in another language required for the job. Then negotiations. Overall, it took several months but I am happy that both I and the company had time to ensure it was a fit.
