I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied through a system from my University and got an interview with someone from engineering. Regular interview with questions to figure out if you fit in the team. The interviewer and I also ended up talking about a bunch of different things and connected really quickly so it went super well on that end.

Question 1
Scenarios and contextual questions that will check if you fit the company's culture. How do you act when conflicts start rising within a team? Why did you study software engineering? What passionates you in software development, what drives you?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (use STAR format and you'll be good)
My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
