I had two interviews with ServiceNow for a position that I was very excited about. Both interviews went well, and I was feeling confident about next steps. I was told things were going to be moving quickly, so after 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed the recruiter who had been coordinating everything up until that point. After the recruiter ignored several of my requests for an update, I reached out to my second interviewer on LinkedIn. It has been over a month since my last interview, and I have had no communication regarding my candidacy. I can only assume this means that I didn't get the job.
