Interview
Indeed a well coordinated interview process.
Initially I had a connect with the hiring manager for 30 minutes which got extended to 45 minutes. It was all around the various projects I have been part , a few questions around whats my take on product management business function how it will add value.
After a week I was called for an onsite interview. This was two fold.
First one: Must admit exhaustive one!
We discussed all the business scenarios that can take place in managing a service management structure and case implementations . This lasted for almost 1.5 hours.
Second round: After a break period for 10 to 15 minutes.
This was another interesting session with Senior Manager. We discussed all the possibilities of bringing in changes to the current mechanism in place (a bit of CRM). Almost went on for 1 and half hours.
Next round with Senior Director:
This was a telephony session. We discussed details around Product Management techniques and how I have used them in my earlier experiences. Basically a test to my knowledge on PM philosophy. I was not sure if I had given it my all in this interview.
Another onsite Interview with Director:
Another grinding one for almost 1.5 hours. This was all about how I was thinking on my toes. I was presented with a case in analysis scenarios and asked me to come up with business solutions.
I must admit irrespective of the level of the interview all the people I connected with right from the recruiter to Sr. Director, everyone was very polite,, humble and very encouraging to let me know state during the interview process. They have a wonderful culture here.

Build a relatively new app for cab service provider and that should be only to accommodate their CSR initiative and thus help needy people by supplying food to them.
Basic HR screening with no feedback on the expectation on the next steps. HR kept on telling will need HM's input on most questions, so not much clarity on the role and expecations

Then three rounds of interview where I was asked about my work and a case.
After all rounds were done, the HR told me that my interview went well and the hiring manager liked my profile but they want to review other candidates and have put my candidature on hold which was disappointing and unexpected from a company like ServiceNow.

Three back to back 30 minutes final virtual round - it was focussed on behavioral and technology.
The interviewers were Director and above across different orgs at ServiceNow
